Our aim at British Royal College (BRITISH RC) is to enable as many students as possible to engage in graduate studies in order to increase their skills and knowledge base. The staffs at BRITISH RC have an all-round, flexible approach to learning, which encourages students to use their initiative, think for themselves and not rely solely on learning through traditional classroom teaching methods. Our staff are experts in their field and you will find them both informative and friendly.

We seek not only to deliver knowledge, but also to continually develop the skills that our students need to keep up to date with the latest advancements and discoveries in their field. As part of this aim, our alumni groups have access to Continuing Professional Development (CPD) programmes internationally.

ISO 9001 Certified

BRITISH RC is proud of its commitment to delivering a high-quality service to its students, staff and partners. To demonstrate this, we are ISO9000 certified (International Organisation for Standardisation). ISO9000 is an internationally recognised award for business management. It shows that we are operating efficiently and to high standards that meet our clients' requirements.

BRITISH RC conducts an Overseas Nursing Programme in association with Kingston University. This programme gives registered nurses from overseas a supervised placement in an approved clinical setting. They are supported by mentors in the workplace and university tutors to achieve the competencies required to become registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).

NCFE

The Northern Council for Further Education (NCFE) is a national body that designs and awards qualifications that recognise the skills and learning achieved by a student at a certain level in a specific subject. NCFE can trace its roots back to 1848 when the Northern Union of Mechanics' Institutes was set up with the intention of establishing itself as a centre of learning in northern England. NCFE offers a range of diplomas and NVQs.
